WHERE,\S, it has been represented to me that one .Archibald McDougald. late of the County of Cumberland, did on the 27th day of February last, in said (bounty, kill and murder one Thomas .Munroe, and that the said McDougaM is a fugitive from justice, and has escaped beyond the limits of this .'^tate. Now, to the end that the said .Archibald .McDougabl may be arrested and brought to trial for his said of fence, I do hereby issue this my Proclamation, ofi'eriiig a Reward of Two Hundred Dollars for his apprehen sion and delivery to the Sheriff of Cumberland County. DESCRIPTION. McDougald is about fifty years of age, of light hair and complexion, blue eyes, of quick speech, has a scar on the face near one of his jaws, weighs about 1G5 or 170 pounds, is addicted to intoxication, aud while drunk is turbulent and troublesome.
